- TILES, TILE KITS AND TILE MATERIALS: Please be aware that all tile sales are FINAL. There are no returns on tiles, or tile kit materials.
- Incorrect Merchandise Received: If you receive the incorrect item, or if your item is damaged in shipment,
we will certainly replace the items at no cost to you. If you receive an
incorrect or damaged item, please email us at info@poolandmarinepaint.com
with your order number, name, phone number and description of the
problems with your items. We will then arrange for pick up of the
incorrect/damaged items and shipment of the correct items.
- Returns: If you need to return an item, it must be unopened. We do not accept returns
of opened merchandise. Returns must be made within 60 days of
order date. Please note that pool tile and tile materials (grout, adhesive, floats, scrubbers) are final sale and
cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, you MUST contact us first at info@poolandmarinepaint.com to request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please include your order #, name, phone number and order date when contacting us. Once we issue you the RGA #, we will give you instructions on how to return the merchandise. We HIGHLY recommend that you get a tracking number when returning any merchandise. We are not responsible for return shipping fees, which must be paid by the customer. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to the credit card used on the transaction. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, you must return the
item(s) that you do not want and reorder the item(s) that you would like.
Please follow the procedure above for returning merchandise and then
reorder the merchandise you need.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are
shipped. Please contact us ASAP at info@poolandmarinepaint.com if you
need to cancel your order.
- After you place an order, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with your order information. Please be sure to check this e-mail to make sure you have ordered the correct items and the shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders that were placed incorrectly by the consumer.
